Our recruitment confirms eligibility to work and ensures a good level of spoken English, because we understand that communication and clarity are vital in the care industry. We undertake an enhanced DBS check and confirm previous employment so that we know our staff members are not only safe to work on assignments, but that they can also show prior experience.

For temporary contracts, we employ experienced and quality staff to ensure you get the best possible service, which benefits you and your staff - our nurses and carers will come fully trained and ready to begin working. 

For permanent placements, we send you applicable CVs, and have an informal chat with you, to give our honest opinion of staff, taking into account the way we feel they will fit into your team. This is our primary focus, to find a candidate who will be a good addition to your team, because we know how tough it is to find quality care staff.

In all of our endeavours, we are always a phone call away. We have an on-call phone which is in operation from 7am through to 10pm, and pride ourselves on close, professional relationships with our clients, where we work to help you run the best possible Care Home.
