Various - focusing on Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire
£18 - £32 Per Hour
We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse on a temporary basis to work in nursing homes across the West Midlands. As a temporary worker, you will enjoy an excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, and flexibility to work shifts that suit you. You will have experience of working with the elderly, and will have a general nursing qualification and valid NMC PIN. You will have a friendly, professional consultant available 24 hours a day, who will support you to find nursing homes that suit your working style and ethos.
Responsibilities:
Supporting home manager and deputy manager in the day to day running of the home.
Administering medication in line with company and NMC frameworks.
Demonstrating kindness and compassion towards residents.
Management of shifts.
Supervising and supporting colleagues to improve their skills.
Maintaining accurate records.
Required Education/Competencies:
Valid NMC PIN (essential)
Previous experience of working with the elderly
